Account settings, security, and credits
Use this section to manage profile data, passwords, and the full credit lifecycle from purchase to project usage.
All users
Update profile details
Name and email are editable from profile settings.
- Open dashboard user menu and select Profile settings.
- Update display name and email in Profile details.
- Click Save profile and wait for success message.
- Refresh verifies updated values across dashboard pages.
All users
Change account password
Password updates require current password validation.
- In Profile settings, open Security section.
- Enter current password and your new password.
- Confirm the new password exactly.
- Submit and wait for update confirmation.
Project owners
Check credit balance and buy packs
Billing panels show active packs, purchases, and balance in one place.
- Open Profile settings and locate the Credit balance card.
- Review available credits and recent activity.
- Use Buy on Gumroad links to purchase additional packs.
- After successful webhook processing, credit balance updates automatically.
Project owners
Handle insufficient credits when creating projects
Project creation is blocked when balance is below one credit.
- Attempt to create a new project from dashboard.
- If balance is insufficient, creation returns an out-of-credits message.
- Open Profile settings and purchase a credit pack.
- Retry New project after credits are applied.
Project owners
Review purchase history and credit ledger
All credit inflows and debits are visible for account auditing.
- Open Profile settings sidebar panels.
- Check Recent purchases for pack source, amount, and status.
- Check Credit activity for debits and grants with resulting balances.
- Use these records to reconcile billing with project creation history.
Project owners
Claim pending purchases by matching email
If purchase email was unmatched, updating profile email can claim pending credits.
- Identify unmatched purchase in Recent purchases status list.
- Update your profile email to match the purchase buyer email exactly.
- Save profile details.
- System claims pending purchases and applies credits to your balance.
