Common issues and fixes

Use these quick resolution paths before escalating to support.

Out of credits error during project creation
Open Profile settings, purchase credits from Gumroad, then retry project creation once balance updates.
Save conflict appears
Another session updated the project later than your local copy. Refresh project state, re-apply intended edits, and save again.
Share link opens read-only
Link permission is VIEW. Ask project owner/editor to generate a new EDIT link.
No symbols returned in build panel search
Clear search text, switch category to All categories, and verify catalog items are active in the catalog manager.
Invitation email did not arrive
Share link still works. Configure SES credentials and SES_FROM_EMAIL to enable outbound invite email delivery.
Manifest cost values are zero
Set symbol cost in inspector metadata before exporting manifest CSV.
